I. How to Make A Withdrawal on the Website


1. Log in to the official Xchiliz website: https://xchiliz.com and click [Wallets] on the top right corner.
2. Click [Withdraw].


3. Select the crypto you want to withdraw.


4. Fill in your withdrawal [Address] and select your [Network] (please check if the network you chose corresponds to your withdrawal address). Finally, enter your withdrawal [Amount].


5. Confirm your withdrawal [Address]. Get your email verification code, fill it in, and fill in the [Google Authentication Code]. Click [Submit] after ensuring all information is correct.


6. Wait for the withdrawal to be credited. You may click on [Wallets] - [Transaction History] - [Withdrawal] to check your withdrawal history.



II. Things To Note

  1. For USDT and other cryptos that support multiple chains, please ensure that the network corresponds to your address when making a withdrawal application.
  2. If your withdrawal requires a Memo, please go to the receiving platform and copy the correct Memo before inputing it in, otherwise the asset may be lost.
  3. If you enter an address and it says [Invalid Address], please check the address or contact Customer Service for further assistance.
  4. The withdrawal fees are different for each crypto. You can check the fees in [Withdraw] - [Network].
  5. You can see the [Withdrawal fee] of the corresponding crypto on the withdrawal page.

Withdrawal Risk Warning Notice

Conducting a withdrawal involves a risky endeavor of asset transfer. Before making a withdrawal, please read this risk warning notice carefully and be aware of the various risk factors associated with this service. Fully understand the potential risks of making a withdrawal, thoroughly consider your own risk awareness, risk identification ability, and risk tolerance, and make a cautious decision whether to proceed with the withdrawal service.

Upon confirming this service notice, it will be deemed that you have thoroughly read and understood the entire content of this risk warning notice, and voluntarily opted for Xchiliz's withdrawal service. It will also be deemed that you possess sufficient understanding of your own risk awareness, risk identification ability, and risk tolerance regarding withdrawals, and voluntarily undertake the risks and legal responsibilities that may arise from conducting withdrawals.

Xchiliz hereby provides the following risk warning notice and statement:

1. Change of asset ownership: Once withdrawn to another address, the assets will be subject to the control of the individual or platform associated with the withdrawal address;
2. Platform's inability to recover withdrawn assets: Once the withdrawal is completed, the platform will be unable to assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets;
3. Asset loss as a result of withdrawal to suspicious addresses or platforms: If you are enticed to withdraw to suspicious platforms operating Ponzi/pyramid schemes, there is a high likelihood that you will be unable to withdraw your assets from such platforms;
4. Falling victim to fraudulent withdrawals: If you are enticed by promises of high returns through activities such as arbitrage and airdrops, and you withdraw your assets to gambling websites, scam platforms, or similar schemes, there is a high likelihood that you will lose your withdrawn assets;
5. Non-repayment of loans: If you lend your assets to another individual and withdraw them to the borrower's address, but the other party subsequently refuses to repay the loan, the platform will be unable to assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets;
6. Involvement in money laundering risks: If you are entrusted or coerced into assisting others in purchasing cryptocurrencies and subsequently withdrawing them, which may involve engaging in money laundering behavior, you could be considered an accomplice and will be personally responsible for the corresponding legal consequences;
7. Withdrawals to incorrect addresses: If you mistakenly withdraw your assets to an incorrect address due to personal filling errors, the platform will be unable to assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets;
8. Risks associated with participating in ICOs: ICO crowdfunding involves high-risk investment behavior. Please exercise caution and avoid withdrawing funds directly to the ICO crowdfunding addresses. Doing so will result in the inability to receive the digital assets raised through crowdfunding;
9. Risks due to force majeure: This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseeable events such as war, financial market crises, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks, and any other unpredictable risks that may result in losses from withdrawals. Users are responsible for any losses incurred due to force majeure and unforeseen events;
10. Loss of assets due to user error: User errors include, but are not limited to, losses caused by poor decision-making, improper operations, forgotten or disclosed passwords, password cracking, third-party intrusion into the individual's computer systems, malicious or improper operations by others when acting as agents for transactions.

Special Reminder: This risk warning notice does not cover all the risks associated with withdrawals. Before withdrawing funds on Xchiliz, users should fully understand the relevant policies and regulations, carefully read the platform's relevant service agreements, and carefully consider their own risk tolerance based on their individual circumstances.

You acknowledge and guarantee that you have carefully read this risk warning notice, fully understand all the risks mentioned above, and voluntarily accept the responsibility for any losses incurred as a result.


Withdrawal Not Received

Please refer to the following explanation if you have not received your withdrawal:
The whole process of the transfer of blockchain assets can be divided into three parts: the sender initiates the transfer, the blockchain network confirms it, and the receiver receives and confirms the transfer.

Step 1 - The sender initiates a transfer request to transfer the assets out of the original account
On Xchiliz, a unique TxID is typically generated within 1-60 minutes after a transfer request is made, depending on the token and block situation. This means that Xchiliz has completed the transfer and has sent the assets to the blockchain network to await confirmation.


Step 2 - Confirmations on the blockchain network
In this step, the miner nodes within the blockchain network will validate the transactions and include them in the blockchain's transaction history. This process may take some time depending on network congestion, trading fees, and the blockchain's characteristics.
You can check the confirmation status of the transfer on the blockchain by clicking on the checking link at the end of the TxID and opening the corresponding blockchain explorer.

Step 3 - Assets credited into receiver account and transfer is confirmed
Once the blockchain network confirms the transaction, the assets will be transferred to the receiver's account. You can verify the number of confirmations and details of the transactions by querying the blockchain explorer or related tools.

Note:
  • If the status shows [Processing],  the transfer may be delayed due to the nature of the blockchain network and possible congestion. Please wait patiently.
  • If the status shows [Completed] but you still have not received the assets after some time, please remain patient until the number of confirmations on the blockchain network reaches the recipient's requirements. In the meantime, you may contact the receiving platform directly and provide your TxID for further assistance and support.
  • If the withdrawal request has not generated a TxID after 6 hours in your [Wallets] - [Transaction History] - [Withdrawal], please contact Xchiliz Customer Service immediately and attach a screenshot of the withdrawal request. We will assist you in processing your request.

What If I Withdraw To the Wrong Address Or Enter the Wrong Memo?

If you realize that you have entered the wrong withdrawal address after you initiated a withdrawal on the Xchiliz platform, you can refer to the following methods:

  1. If you realize that the withdrawal address is wrong before you confirm the withdrawal SMS or email, you can go to the withdrawal record to cancel the withdrawal and use the correct address to initiate a new withdrawal.
  2. If you confirmed the withdrawal via email or SMS, the automatic withdrawal process is activated and cannot be stopped. Due to the anonymity of blockchain addresses, we cannot track them. If you entered the wrong address, please find the owner of the address through other means and negotiate with them to recover your assets.
  3. If you withdraw to other platforms and forget to fill in the Memo (such as EOS, ENU), we will assist you by providing the TXID and related information of your Xchiliz withdrawal. You may contact the other platform to seek assistance in recovering your tokens.
